The private rooms are beautiful, and this is the biggest. It can accommodate 14 people with a minimum consumable of ₱42,000. The smallest room can accommodate 6 people for a minimum consumable of ₱12,000.

The main dining room is a bit crowded and noisy during busy hours, but you can book the long table at the end for added privacy.
Appetizer

Soft, pillowy tofu cubes with a crisp skin dipped in sweet hoisin sauce. Serves as pica pica to get you started.
Dimsum

Xiao long BAOOO—so big and satisfying. You can ask for a short straw to drink the soup or take it head on and bite to get that explosive effect.

The siomai is quite good, tasty with every bite and you can taste the meat and less of the skin.

A sweet Chinese beef pastry with a flaky cover.
Roasting

Super tender pork belly meat with a thin fat layer and thin crispy skin. Ang sarap!

Best way to enjoy it is to dip it in mustard and a bit of sugar.

You can taste the barbecue flavor throughout the tender meat, and the nice layer of fat adds to overall flavor. Loved eating it with garlic chili sauce.
Soup

Loved the spicy and sour taste, with mushroom and bamboo shoot slices and a shrimp hakaw finale.
Master Chef’s Selection

The most raved about unique dish—enoki mushroom fries with a light fried coating. A vegetarian dish that’s not oily.

This is the ultimate shrimp tempura Chinese version, with the big tiger prawn wrapped in fat shrimp meat and deep-fried for a nice crisp crust.
3-Way Roasted Beijing Duck

The highlight of the meal is the Traditional Wood-Roasted Beijing Duck (₱3,880) roasted in a traditional Beijing oven using star apple firewood.
First Cooking includes:
Skin, Breast Meat, Leg Meat, Cucumber, Leek, Pickled Ginger, Chef’s Special Hoisin Dip, 2-Way Chinese Pancake and scrumptious Dusk Soup
2nd or 3rd way options at ₱300 each:
• Minced Duck, wrapped in Romaine Lettuce
• Deep-fried Duck, Salt and Pepper
• Fried Rice, Duck Meat, Salted Olive

The duck breast is roasted just right, served with a nice layer of fat and crispy skin.

First way, sliced duck meat with cucumber, onion leeks, pickled ginger, crispy duck skin rolled in hot Chinese pancake served with special hoisin sauce.

The Deep-fried Duck is not too oily, with a nice salt and pepper flavor that can be addicting when you eat the lean meat in-between the bones.

Make sure to specify how many ways you like to enjoy the duck.

Loved the Minced Duck wrapped in fresh romaine lettuce.
Meat & Poultry

Tender and tasty beef cheeks with a thick five spice sauce. Yum!
Rice

Pickled Radish, Raisin, Cashew Nut
Fried Rice, Sakura Shrimps, Pork Belly,
Salted Olive, Soya Sauce
The rice has a nice portion of diced meat, and this is a meal in itself. As part of the lauriat course, this is served last. I guess you can ask to serve this ahead of the other main dishes.
Dessert

Macau-style Baked Egg Tart, Steamed Piggy Bun & Milky Egg Cream,
Mango Cream Sago & Pomelo
The egg tart has an authentic flaky crust while the piggy bun with yema-like filling is fun to eat. Finally, end with everyone’s favorite mango sago with pomelo to get a satisfying finish and to clean your palate.
Final Thoughts

Overall, everyone in our table raved about the Chinese food at Wu Xing and agreed that it was worth the day trip to Clark, Pampanga. Definitely, get the Beijing Peking Duck and add 2nd or 3rd way.
The menu is quite extensive and you can start the lauriat with a few appetizers, dimsum or soup before the Peking duck. The notable dishes are the dimsums, deep fried enoki mushroom and braised beef cheeks. Budget about ₱2,000/head for a milestone celebration or you can also dine casually for some noodles and dimsum.
