AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD

APPETIZERS

Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings (₱390)
Crispy single-bone wings marinated in Thai fish sauce. fried ’til golden. A special recipe from one of our friends’ family that we grew up with.

The Thai fish sauce marinade makes these wings incredibly addicting. The crispy skin and juicy meat are packed with flavor, and you can taste the marinade throughout. Sarap!

Beef Massamun Curry (₱680)
Intense in flavour, our beef Massamun curry is served with Roti bread. Perfect combination!

Our favorite! You’d usually reserve curries as mains, but order this as an appetizer and dip the roti in the curry to satisfy your cravings right away. Tempting to order white rice too.

Chicken Pandan

Our all-time favorite! Chicken Pandan is a Thai dish made with chicken that has been marinated in a blend of spices, including pandan leaves. The chicken is then grilled or fried and served with a dipping sauce.

PASTA

Spaghetti Corned Beef (₱250)
Stir-fried with corned beef and finely chopped fresh chillies.

Spaghetti with salty, fried corned beef strands and fresh chilies for a spicy kick.

Miss Saigon (₱480)
Rice vermicelli with grilled pork, boiled shrimps, shrimp balls and fish balls on Romaine bed with crushed peanut. All you need to do is pouring the sauce and enjoy.

It’s like a deconstructed lumpia, with rice vermicelli noodles, greens, shrimps, seafood balls and a dipping sauce.

RICE

Fisherman Seafood Salt n’ Spice Rice (₱590)
Poached fresh shrimps, squids and red snapper fillet on spicy tangy rice topped with soft boiled duck egg served with fisherman style chillies lime sauce and clear soup.

Fisherman’s catch of the day with rice, Thai chilies, and lime sauce, served with seaweed soup. A healthier alternative that brings all the flavors of the sea to your plate.

DESSERT & DRINKS

Tub Tim Krob Greyhound-Style (₱280)
Sweet water chestnut mini dumplings served with coconut sherbet and coconut meat
topped with coconut cream. Very refreshing, out of this world!

Indeed, the refreshing flavors of coconut sherbet, meat, and cream are enhanced by the popping water chestnuts, which add a delightful texture and to cut through the creaminess.

Nom Yen Granita (₱199)

Yes, experimenting with the pink Thai drink made from sala syrup and cold milk, and their granita versions are the best!

Thai Iced Coffee (₱280) with sweetened condensed milk

Dirty Thai milk tea is an acquired taste. Some people find it too sweet and overpowering, while others love the combination of the sweet tea and the strong coffee.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Overall, I love the street fashion-forward design of Greyhound Cafe and its modern Thai cuisine with a twist concept. I especially love the starters, such as the Greyhound Famous Fried Chicken Wings, Beef Massaman Curry with Roti, Weeping Tigers, and Salmon Sashimi in Spicy Hot Sauce. The classic Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup are also given a modern presentation and can be spicy. I also love the playful drinks, and my recent favorite was the Nom Yen Granita. They also have an extensive selection of Thai-inspired cakes for a sweet ending.
