Inspired by the popular Italian Aperol Spritz, which originated in Venice in the 1950s, the Redwood Spritz adds a fruity and refreshing twist to this beloved aperitif. Our vibrant cocktail is a combination of vodka, raspberry liqueur, cherry soda, and sparkling wine.
We initially skipped the cocktails, expecting them to be overly sweet and more style than substance. Fortunately, we were proven wrong. The Redwood Spritz was well-balanced, refreshing, and expertly crafted—just the kind of drink that lifts your spirits and sets the stage for the steak feast ahead.

All the food was good and executed well using the Josper oven, and the starters were light and built up the appetite until the main steak was served. We would recommend starting with the Beef Cheek Bulalo for soup, Seared Salmon with Crispy Hito for starters, getting the Rare Butcher Block for sharing with the family, and the Coconut and White Chocolate Fabergé with Cream and Mango for dessert. The steak ambiance is upscale, casual fine vibe with a see-through kitchen where you can see how your steaks are cooked. Service is friendly, and the quality of food is at par with the Manila experience—you won’t feel like you are in the province of Pampanga. Budget about ₱2,800/head.
