There were a lot of cakes, cupcakes, and baked goods during the last Ultimate Taste Test, but The Noodle Bakes stood out because of their interesting flavors.

We love the Garth Vader, which was made for peanut butter lovers. It’s like Reese’s and Butterfinger rolled into one cake!

You can also try their Tosi, which is a cake inspired by the addicting NYC crack pie dessert.

The Story of THE NOODLE BAKES’ Tosi and Garth Vader

We use only the best ingredients, made to induce a salivating sensation in your mouth with rich flavors and a variety of textures.

These conservative looking gateaux are a monstrous 4 inches in height and are about 2.5 lbs (6in) – 5 lbs (9in) each. They may be prudish on the outside but inside, the layers on these behemoths will tingle your taste buds.

(I recommend not eating them on your own. But if you can, then that would make for a great story.)

Chaz – red velvet + cream cheese + dark chocolate fudge
Tosi – butter + vanilla + butterscotch
Schmoe – chocolate + graham + marshmallow
Thirty-Seven – chocolate + cheesecake + oreo
Garth Vader – peanut butter + chocolate + butterfinger

Garth Vader. “Peanut butter in the form of the dessert trinity of textures (fluffy, silky, and crunchy) enrobed in a deep and dark chocolate ganache, encaged in a fence of chocolate meringue.”

Tosi. “Inspired by Momofuku Milk Bar’s Crack Pie, buttery sponge with a butterscotch-like center and covered in buttercream.”
