How can you make the Luxe Sunday Brunch at Spectrum more awesome? Just add some LEGO fun!

I surprised the boys last Sunday with their favorite hotel buffet–themed after their favorite toy. 🙂

Here’s a photo essay of our Awesome Sunday Brunch experience and why you shouldn’t miss it, especially since it’s on its final run this March…

You are greeted by a Lego replica of Raffles & Fairmont Makati.

The kitchen is themed with Lego chef and Lego-inspired appliances.

We love the hakaw! It’s best if you order your own dimsum basket.

Start off with a Veuve Clicquot champagne and some tapas to tease your appetite.

Begin with different flavors of moutabel, hummus, and baba ghanoush.

Customize your freshly cooked pasta.

Make sure to get their really good honey.

My favorite is the freshly cooked seafood grill.

Order the Peach Bellini or Rossini cocktails to keep your lunch interesting. Check out their Cocktail Menu.

Main course is lechon, turkey…

…with Valencia paella.

The carvings are a must–slow roast rib-eye, veal leg, and lamb leg.

IMG_7626.jpg
Try the prepared dishes like lengua and callos, which change from time to time.

IMG_7622.jpg
The meats are really good and much better than the fish options.

LEGO MY OWN CREATION

IMG_6233.jpg
The kids can go up to the second floor to watch The Lego Movie and play with the Lego bricks.

IMG_6228.jpg
There’s an ongoing Lego competition on who has the best creation based on age group.

Encourage your kids to join the competition!

My personal favorite are the chocolate-covered chips.

And for the finale — choco lava cake with vanilla ice cream!
