About the Ultimate Taste Test Legacy
Ultimate Taste Test celebrates its 17th consecutive year—now open to the public and held on the weekend so more foodie families can join and support Manila’s home-based food entrepreneurs and innovative start-ups.
For the past 17 years, Our Awesome Planet’s Ultimate Taste Test has been the incubator and launching platform for many of today’s most popular and influential food entrepreneurs. They all started out as home businesses, and thanks to the publicity and exposure from their participation in the UTT, they have become very successful brands.

1). UTT EVENT (Open to the Public)
#UTT2025 will be a public event with 300 invited chefs, food bloggers, media , food entrepreneurs, and VIP guests and foodies to rate, provide feedback, and support the home-based food entrepreneurs making big waves this 2025.

2). Awesome Heritage Venue
The event will be held in the beautiful Gallery MiraNila by The Blue Leaf at Mira Nila Heritage Estate, a high-ceilinged Spanish hall with an al-fresco garden area and a chill vibe, perfect for the taste test experience. This is the home of the Ultimate Taste Test ever since 2020.

✅ 1. Make it your own PR Event for your Brand
In today’s crowded social media landscape, it’s challenging to break through the noise and make your product trend online. Hosting your own PR event is often too expensive, accessible only to big brands with the budget to execute it. The Ultimate Taste Test (UTT) offers small and medium enterprises a unique platform to create their own PR event, with food experts and influencers in attendance to help elevate their brand.
✅ 2. Book Advanced Orders for the Holidays
Many past winners have seen phenomenal sales after the event, particularly during the Christmas season, setting the stage for a successful 2026. While selling is allowed on the day of the event, the majority of sales typically come afterward—especially for those who win the Ultimate Taste Test.
✅ 3. Awesome! Certified Feature
If your product stands out, it has the potential to go viral and spread throughout the food industry and the food blogging community. Food entrepreneurs who receive an average rating of 3.8 or higher will be featured on Our Awesome Planet, both immediately after the event and in the future.
✅ 4. No Registration Fee.
Home-based food vendors and startup food entrepreneurs can join for free, but they must provide small, 1-2 bite-sized portions of their latest products—enough for 300 food judges. All food entrepreneurs are welcome, as long as their products are new and exceptional.
✅ 5. Minimal Setup Fee (₱2,000).
