I bought two, how come I knew them just now. It would have been a really good dessert for Thanksgiving. The texture was perfect and the sweetness is just right.

I never imagined a canned product would win in the Ultimate Taste Test—but Plantation Prime proved it possible. I don’t like the flavor profile of Bicol Express
OMG! Beef shank kare-kare is a game charger for me! I don’t usually eat kare-kare outside because it’s the usual that it needs more saltiness because you have to put the bagoong. I don’t eat bagoong. This solves my problem. Plus, it feels eating homemade kare kare! We bought stocks for home and gifting! 🙂
I love the Canned Beef Shank Kare Kare, it doesn’t even need the bagoong. I even bought some cans. The Bicol express calls is also good. I highly recommend them bought esp to balikbayans.

Flaky crust, right sweetness – perfect!
The Custart was very good! I can probably eat a lot in one sitting. 😂 The chicken was okay. 
Wow. Rich and sweet. Crust is crisp and flaky. The egg tart is a Winner.

Many foodies also fell in love with their Lemon Rosemary Cake, a light and refreshing dessert that’s perfect after any meal. Congratulations to Portia and the Bess Baluyot Bakery family for these outstanding creations! I want this for Christmas 🙂

Neneth approached us with her Lutong Kabundukan concept, and I wondered—can mountain-inspired food really be this delicious and win in a taste test? But tasting her smoked Thai Peking duck with fresh vegetables and herbs sourced from the mountains, beautifully paired with a refreshing singkamas drink, proved it absolutely can—panalo! I can’t wait to visit their Jungle Farm in Doña Remedios, Trinidad. Truly impressive!

Both products were very good! I regret not buying on the spot. 
Super spicy but really good!
OMG. This is the spiciest of the LOT. One drop and it blew my taste buds to the moon. Don’t get me wrong, but the Primotalli is very flavorful but it is HOT. (At least for me!) Owner Jimson gave a nice background story and ample warning (and a glass of milk) in preparation for this spicy experience!
Delicious but too spicy for me. The meat is so good. 
Reaper and bacon oil
bacon oil had good warmth and good mix of herbs that were well infused in the oil and cut through the richness of the pork
I like the chili  bacon, the pritmotalli too spicy

I actually got to meet THE JIM LONG.. I feel honored. Perfect 10 on the spice scales!! Chasing spice, call Jim Long! 
inlike the smokiness of primotalli. spicy bacon was ok lang
