This is the first time I got dizzy with carnival rides and I’ve been to Orlando’s theme parks, and I can say these are one heck of a ride that surpasses all of them (except for the roller coaster rides).

Before I go on a blog leave again, I want to give you another food delight — this time a Japanese restaurant in Little Tokyo. … I judge all the japanese restaurant I’ve been to based on the taste of their Kani Salad, California Maki and the Wasabi. Only the Kani Salad failed the test, the maki was good and soo is the wasabi — not too strong but it has that kick in the nose when you eat it.

I actually don’t mind traveling all the way to the end of South Super Highway and visit Esperanza’s Farm Dining in Calamba, Laguna. … Oh well, since we paid for the ambiance then we will just shoot the ambiance and build our collection of couple pictures 🙂 On normal days, they serve ala carte for P550 (which should be better than the buffet we had) and by reservation only.

After all the balloons left, you can hang around and still see the flying acrobatic show and I’ll show you some pics on what else can you do here. … Actually after the event, you can decide to go to Zoobic in Subic and that would have been a really great Sunday treat for the family.
…There are a lot of food stalls including this grilled corn station and Aling Lucing who allegedly serves the best sisig in town 🙂 Check out this plane, bro!

Unlike in the World Pyro Olympics which you have to stay awake until late at night, in the Hot Air Balloon it starts at 5.30am in the morning when the hot air balloons start to setup and leave before 7am. … In this series, I would like to share with you this awesome experience and it felt like I was not in the Philippines with all these world class balloons (total of 21+ I believe)!
…But fortunately if you are a photographer, people normally don’t mind you and sometimes even pose in front of you 🙂 Then the balloons are laid out in the grass and inflated.

We were so excited with how stunning the sugary fine white beach and the overall ambiance that we decided to have fun a create a pyramid ala pep squad 🙂 Malapascua Island is small (similar to Boracay) that you can have a boat trip around the island for P600 for the 2-3 hour trip. … Filipino style Hilot Massage for P250 🙂 It is soo good that I always keep on wondering why would I go for shiatsu or swedish when we have our own unique Hilot massage that you would keep coming back for more. They use coconut oil which would be ideal for sun bathing after the massage 🙂 You can also be a bartender at the floating bar during happy hour from 5pm-7pm buy 1 take 1 for drinks 🙂 Or Watch the Sunset in this floating bar…

Although, this is located at the south beach and you have to walk all the way to the end of Malapascua’s main beach (there are alot of signs along the way).
…So, if you decide to go to Malapascua, La Dolce Vita is a must lunch or dinner venue for you 🙂 All the Italian food we ordered was superb and exceeded our expectations. … Tagliatelle ai Frutti de Mare (P250) Noodles with Seafood — All the seafood were fresh 🙂 We were so happy at this point, that most of us decided just to extend and spend another day in the charming island of Malapascua.
