How to Recover From Food Poisoning?
Aidan, Joshua and I got food poisoning (we suspect) last Sunday. We are recovering from it and I would like to share with you some facts and strategies on how to deal with it. When we visited the Makati Medical Center Emergency Room, I think most of the complaints that night were about upset stomachs or cases of food poisoning. I believe we got the same treatment, advice and prescription.

Blogging is often misunderstood. Some classify bloggers according to the types of activities they do – those who concentrate on their hobbies and passions, those who focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and those who provide helpful information online. There are also those who attempt to categorize bloggers depending on their popularity – from a newbie to a Class A blogger.
I don’t believe in such classifications. We need to look at bloggers in terms of their evolution.

We are so blessed that Lola Atis celebrated her 100th birthday last weekend. I decided to travel to my hometown Capiz to seek the secret to living 100 years old and to finally find my Bisayan roots. I’ve never appreciated our family’s heritage until I visited Roxas City for the first time (after 34 years) and our Bukid in Sinabsaban, Cuardero in Capiz. Now, I can truly say that I’m a Bisaya and proud of our family’s heritage.

Magical Christmas at Jollitown was based from the fantasy world of Jollitown from Jollibee’s hit television series. It was the setting of lead character Brian’s journey as he discovers the fun aspect of sharing with the Jollifriends. All the while, his father, a scientist also discovers he needs to share more of his time with Brian. Their happy adventures at Jollitown truly entertained and educated the audience-young and old alike.
