2022 Recap 2023 Restart
Last December, I met Ivan Henares and he was kind enough to tour me around Pampanga which culminated in the Giant Lantern Festival of San Fernando, Pampanga !
…Last year’s winner was Barangay San Felipe whose lantern was created by Roland Quiambao — one of the famous lantern makers in Pampanga.
