Why settle for anything less than the authentic Takoyaki? Manila is crazy over Takoyaki these days and I’m glad that Hana is selling an authentic Takoyaki in Little Tokyo. Meet Takumi, the Takoyaki Man who has been cooking authentic Takoyaki for less than a month now in Hana.

We are going crazy over Japanese Ice Cream these days. After your Japanese meal in any of the Japanese restaurants in Little Tokyo, I would recommend going to Yamazaki grocery to have Japanese Ice Cream for dessert!

What happens when the owners of Seryna learned their lessons from their first restaurant and decided to open a new one? Welcome to Maruchan Dining! It is owned by partners Mizushima and Sachu Maru. I guess instead of the name Maru-san, they used Maru-chan instead (as in Jose Mari Chan? :).
…The menu is not focused and I also find it weird to see Chinese, Korean and Western Dishes in a Japanese Restaurant.)
…Their Kani Salad differentiates itself from other Japanese resto by using more of the Shoyu Sauce instead of covering the entire salad with Japanese Mayonnaise.
